Each plan has a monthly subscription and included usage for 3 meters, one of them AI credits. There are no seat fees on any plan.
Plans cover error monitoring, logs, traces, metrics, replay, uptime, and status workflows. Every plan includes AI triage.

Notes:

- Allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month.
- Launch policy, as of October 25, 2026: On paid plans, telemetry, session replays, monitor checks, and AI credits above the allowance are billed in full blocks. Free stops at its allowances. AI investigations: US region now; EU region planned. Product analytics, infrastructure provider metrics, and SMS and phone call paging with dedicated caller numbers are in development and not part of any plan yet.
- Telemetry: errors, logs, traces, metrics, web vitals, and AI observations share one GB meter (uncompressed bytes received). 1 GB is about 200,000 errors or 20,000 AI observations.
- Budgets: each paid plan has a monthly budget per meter (Pro $50, Team $150, and Scale $500 by default). Owners and billing admins get alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the included amount and of the budget. AI credits stop at the budget. Telemetry and replays keep going with alerts by default, or stop at the budget if you choose. Monitor checks and paging never stop. Free has no budgets and stops at its allowances.

- AI credits: one credit is $0.01, charged once per action; retries and follow-ups are free. Credits per action (premium model / own model key): AI triage 0 (0 / 0), AI triage of a monitor or alert incident 10 (30 / 2), investigation 50 (150 / 10), auto-fix that opens a pull request 200 (600 / 40), auto-fix attempt without a pull request 50 (150 / 10), pull request review 10 (30 / 2), chat message per 20 tool calls 5 (15 / 1), automation run 10 (30 / 2), generated query from query assist 1 (3 / 0). AI triage is free on every plan. On paid plans, AI credits stop at the AI credit budget.
